Dr Rowe and his team do a great job. I had an appointment at 10:30 AM, was seen before I filled out the paperwork. Dr Rowe has a great personality and cares about his patients. I appreciate that he takes his TIME with the eye exam, which is KEY to a successful outcome with eye exam prescription. They have a great Optical team. Victoria was friendly and professional in helping me pick some glasses. They have a really great selection of impresive eye wear. I have been a client for many years. Dr Rowe is quick, friendly, patient, and accurate. When teachers said my youngest couldn't see, I took her to another clinic multiple times. Two other "optometrists" told me my daughter didn't need glasses. I decided to take her to Dr. Rowe. She did need glasses and he was the one who correctly diagnosed her. As a result I took my other two and got them correctly tested. I have been more than satisfied with my care as well. Fred and Rudy are outstanding and the front desk staff are always polite and professional. If I could give ten stars I would.

Dr. Rowe was one of the nicest doctors I have ever met! He took his time and you can tell he really cares for his patients. As a bonus, the office is beautiful and state of the art. I will be recommending him to others! Thanks for a great experience.

I have been going to the Harlingen Eye Clinic for two years now and I have been very happy with my experience there. Dr. James Rowe is very knowledgeable and personable. He actually fixed my prescription that my previous eye doctor back in Florida had gotten wrong. And his staff is excellent, as well. Fred, the lens guy, is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The staff who work the front desk are great, too. I feel lucky to have found this place. I highly recommend them!
