Don't go here if you love your pet! Dr Sebetic doesn't genuinely care about your pet, just the bill your visit will generate. He ALWAYS goes to the worst possible case instead of ruling out the simple causes so you are willing to spend whatever it takes to save your pet. Our miniature dachshund developed an eye infection that resembled conjunctivitis. We took him to Harlem Valley Animal Clinic on 12/27/22. Dr Sebetic told us that he thought he had a tumor behind his eye. We told him we thought that he had infected teeth. Dr Sebetic focused on a tumor and advised of the cost to do a biopsy. Cortney and Dr.Sebetic are both wonderful. The office is very responsive and I always leave feeling educated and happy with the service provided. Dr.Sebetic truly loves animals and is willing to go out of his way to make sure your pet is happy and healthy. I definitely recommend. *After reading a few of the other negative reviews, I'd like to say I visited this office thinking worst case scenario when my pup had a pretty severe limp. I was expecting x-rays, potential surgery, lots of money spect... etc. Instead, Dr. S did an initial exam, took him outside to assess the limp, taught me how to know which limb was bothering him, and ran urgent bloodwork to make sure he did not have Lymes. He came back positive for a tick related illness which I would not have known about had Dr.S not ordere

My dog was having an emergency I just wanted to speak briefly to the doctor on the phone for advice on what to do next. I've been to this office before and they took my money no problem. But I heard the doctor tell the girl on the phone. No I'm not here let him call for emergency care. As someone who's been raising and caring for dogs for over 20 years. This told me everything I need to know. When u only care about the check and not the person its very clear. My main vet I can call him day and night and he will talk with me that's why I drive 3 hours away to go to that vet. Don't worry I won't call again. 👍
