Customer Reviews
Purchased a pair of pants, got home and they was to little. I called and explained I had been in there maybe 45 minutes ago and still had my receipt to prove it and asked if I could exchange them for a different item so I wasn’t stuck with pants I couldn’t fit. I told them I did not want a refund so they could still have to cash to help the community. But that I would just like to swap it out.. they declined….. so caring about helping out people is limited?? they gladly kept my money though.
They have lots of different things such as housewares, clothes, big variety, the people that work there are very friendly and very helpful in helping find whatever ya looking for..
If it was possible to give no stars on here I would. I love coming here but every time here lately there prices on some things are stupid and over priced when they get what they get free an it’s all used I was there today husband found a small Radio from the 90s broken antenna $25 😳 like what! Then leaving I got two shirts for my son no name brand nothing fancy $4 each when it said $1 to $2 I don’t understand how they get there pricing but omg . An not to mention a lot of people has came to them for HELP and they turn them away I think today will be my last day coming to this one in Savannah
You can go to Walmart and get brand new stuff for the price that they have their stuff priced they are a thrift store things are donated to them and a price of right there at the mall
Contacted "emergency services" and Betty doesn't seem to know the definition of homeless in the state of Tennessee. Was told I wasn't considered homeless even though I have 3 kids and an air mattress in someone's living room the last few months and was told they're not a moving service. Rude. A joke. Y'all do not care. Thank you bye.
