My mother in law spent time in this facility after being very sick. This facility is the cleanest nursing I’ve ever been in. My mother in law loved the compassion she received from all the staff. She especially enjoyed working with Jody the PT who made sure she was prepared to return home!

This wonderful, loving Nursing Home has been the BEST experience for my sister. Everyone takes such good, personal care of her! I cannot express enough praise for Erica Fales, she goes above and beyond to care for my sister and she gives her incredible personal attention (even when she is not on the work clock)! My dad is a resident here. It was not an easy transition for him at all. He's been here a while now and has settled as much as someone can outside their home. His nurse Erica Johnson is absolutely the best. I work a busy schedule and can't make it as much as I would like! She makes my dad feel like he's at home and helps him use his cell phone when he wants to reach me. She goes above and beyond to make sure he is as comfortable as possible and gets what he needs. I appreciate that she keeps me looped in as much as possible. I know his care is better bc she is there. Thank you Erica! We appreciate you.

Harborview Health Systems Pierce County is a top of the line, 5 Star facility that was there for my Mama & our family during our time of need. They were so good to us, & we had the best quality of care here. They went above & beyond to handle our every need. My Mama was so comfortable, & loved by each & every professional here. I can not say enough good things about her care givers, & this facility as a whole. Jacinda, Becky, Melissa, Cheyenne, Brandi, Meghan, Mandy, Chesley, & Amber are some of the Angels that took care of my Mama Rebecca with compassion, dignity, & respect during her last days. Everyone is knowledgeable and demonstrate a loyality of providing a safe and comfortable environment for their patients. Cathy Wynn, Business Manager, helps with filing my mom’s long term care policy benefits and answers all questions in a timely manner. Sheena Causer, Unit Manager, never hesitates to call my mom’s doctor when I ask and is very dependable to set up transportation to all appointments and to go room to room to check on all residents.
