I came to Dr. Frank Cimato's office in Stamford, CT as a new patient with quite a few dental issues and a lot of anxiety about starting with a new dentist. From my very first visit, Dr. Cimato and his entire staff made me feel at ease. I found Dr. Cimato to be gentle, caring, thorough and a very skilled dentist! He took the time to explain about my procedures and treatments while working on creating a long-term plan for my oral health. I met Carmen the Office Manager on my second visit. Her friendly smile and approachable demeanor was incredibly welcoming! The Patient Care Coordinators, Yesenia and Olesia are awesome! I am very happy that I recently switched over to Harbor Point Dental. After more than one terrible experience at Trusty Dental in Stamford, I took a long time researching other dentists in the area and spent ample time reading reviews prior to switching. I’ve now been to Harbor Point Dental twice and have only positive things to say. Dr. Guido is a pleasure. As a nervous patient, he was calming, reassuring, attentive and very friendly. The team is very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and fast. Teeth cleaning is worthwhile as it also serves as a semi-annual inspection, allowing any issues to be addressed early. They took a full set of new radiographs, and I feel confident that I’m receiving excellent care at a minimal cost.

The waiting area may look pleasant, but the overall energy of the place is unsettling. The front desk experience is particularly frustrating—staff seem more focused on projecting authority than providing efficient service, often spending 15–20 minutes fumbling through the calendar just to schedule an appointment. In addition, the office staff's inability to address simple matters with the Insurance company, i.e. system generated letters is quite appalling. I was bombarded with calls making mountain out of mole hill. And that's been a repeat pattern here. The dentist’s choice of loud, clunky jewelry is distracting and inappropriate during procedures.
