Harbor Point Dental at Chappaqua Crossing

I had the pleasure of seeing Marylou Dambra, the dental hygienist at Harbor Point in Chappaqua, and she was truly wonderful. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel comfortable and completely at ease. Marylou has such a warm, friendly manner, and she clearly takes great pride in the care she provides. She gave me one of the most thorough cleanings I’ve ever had, while still being incredibly gentle. She took her time, explained things along the way, and made the whole experience feel calm and positive. My teeth felt amazing afterward! I’m so grateful to have found someone who is not only excellent at what she does, but also so kind and caring with her patients. I highly recommend Marylou to anyone looking for a truly exceptional dental hygienist.

Never again will I be back to this location. Their cancelation policy is outrageous. Things happen & life is stressful enough. With so many available appointments, is it really necessary to be so punishing to your patients if we need to cancel? What happens if you get sick? It incentivizes you to go to an appointment sick and spread germs. Shameful.

Before finding Harbor Point Dental, I had experienced much trauma at the hands of dentists and dental hygienists. Dr. Innabi, at Harbor Point Dental in Chappaqua, took the time to hear about my experiences and was truly empathetic. She is patient and kind. She has obvious respect for you and your past issues, and she ensures that you are comfortable through every step of whatever procedure you are enduring. In addition to the Doc, the supporting staff members are outstanding. Marie, who works at the front desk, is friendly and welcoming, and she goes above and beyond to accommodate your schedule and needs. I’m very disappointed with my experience at Harbor Point Dental. I originally had an appointment scheduled with a root canal specialist, but chose Harbor Point instead because it was closer and I was told that if I needed a root canal, they could perform it the same day. I was booked as a new-patient emergency, and during the appointment they confirmed that I did, in fact, need a root canal. However, I was then told they could not do the procedure because they had other appointments scheduled. This was extremely upsetting, especially since I had canceled my specialist appointment based on what I was told. Instead, they prescribed antibiotics and scheduled me to come back on Monday. Had I known they were unable to perform the root canal that day, I would never have canceled my specialist
