Harbor Beach Community Schools

This school trapped me in a cramped room all day & gave me no time to interact with other people just because im autistic. thats kinda seems like ableism, would not reccomed this school at all. they dont care about bullying too, as ive heard.

This is probably the worst public school in huron county. It has gone way downhill from when I was a student. The administration will not address the severe bullying that goes on there. Parents have pulled their kids out and transferred them to other schools. There’s been students that have committed suicide or attempted suicide due to bullying. The state police had to get involved because my child was being bullied. The police told the school if they did their job he wouldn’t have to be involved but now the state is involved. Needless to say the state prosecuted the students that were bullying. Do not send your kids there if you can help it

It's okay. A lot of funky rules and regulations. And hope your kid never misses school if they do, and you leave a work phone number truancy will call your work to get a hold of you. Even with a doctor's note their still considered absent. And they like to act like they have medical degrees when they don't. My son (10) has migraines. He has had issues using the rest room had to go as far as getting a doctor's note so he can use the bathroom when HE needed too not when they allowed it. He was developing an over controlled bladder and couldn't use the restroom when need be. Yes they make huge strides with the kids educationally but very poor policies and over stepping boundaries.

this school youst to be good bc I wint to it in 2021 in every thing was a masking I loved the shcool my name

Terrible. School has a bullying problem and teacher don’t do anything about it.
