I received no direction from the surgeon or office staff on my healing protocol. I left numerous voice mails for guidance. If they had provided a handout or some sort of healing guide, I may have given better score. I still don’t know what to expect four and a half weeks after surgery. All I know from my only follow up, 3 days after surgery, is do nothing for six weeks. This may be business as usual for Dr and office but it’s my first rodeo and I have no idea what is going to happen in rehab or if I do it on my own. I am frustrated. Needless to say, I can’t judge how the surgery went because I am still in a sling. Very unhappy patient.

My contact with this doctor was a sad learning experience for me. I went to him for shoulder pain. He was quick to push me into surgery and proceeded to cut off my bicep tendon on my left arm at the shoulder. I now have much more shoulder pain than before surgery and I am left with a very painful and weak arm. My quality of life has been effected by having this surgery. If you are wise you will get a second opinion before you let this doctor do surgery on you.

Great Doctor, fine sense of humor. Takes great care of his patients, never too busy to talk to me. He is just the best!

Receptionist are so rude when you speak to them over the phone very unprofessional 30 seconds into a call and the ladies are you giving me attitude unacceptable. Unprofessional would not even send my kid here for anything
