I had my very first visit 08/02. The staff was very welcoming. I had X-rays plus my cleaning. The Dr.Sonia went over everything she recommended that needed to be done. Sam explained to me the cost of everything. The hygienist that did my cleaning was very gentle and thorough she also explained what she was doing in detail. I didn’t feel judged because it had been awhile since I had dental work. They were very nice. My experience was awesome.

I had my first visit today and it was great! I haven’t been in awhile and instead of feeling judged everything was okay! Sam is super cool and was so helpful with checking in. The doctor was so nice. Maria cleaned my teeth and she was so gentle and did a great job and super sweet. Very clean office. 10/10 recommend to anyone in need of a dentist!

My husband and I decided to visit this dentist office because of its reviews, and I’ll tell you that they’re spot on—this office lives up to their reviews. Sam, the office manager, is nothing less than accommodating, understanding, and helpful. She has personally helped my husband and I get in for an appointment conveniently amidst our hectic situations. Dr. Sonia and her assistant, Linda, are a great team and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of the work they have done thus far. Dr. Sonia takes the time to explain what is needed, and even took time to show me the x-rays and explain the reasoning for the procedures she advised. I had an appointment last week. The front desk staff were amazing!!! Sam, the office manager was very pleasant and helpful! I didn’t get the name of the other young lady that was at the front desk, but she was very nice as well. The dental assistant/hygienist, Fris, that took my X-rays was very professional and extremely nice!!! Dr. Sonia took extra care while examining me as well. I just wanted to say thank you ladies for your excellent customer service you provided! I was having a terrible day and I’m sure it showed at times, but each of you showed kindness and compassion! Had a very pleasant experience at Happy Smiles. The office manager Sam is accommodating makes you feel comfortable & helps work w/ you for a plan & schedule for dental procedures. Dr. Sonia is very professional, nice & her experience and interaction made me confident in the dental procedures that shall be done. Staff members friendly too.
