Happy Smiles Dental Office

i visited the Aurburn Gresham location and I had a beautiful, educational, professional, reassuring, calming atmosphere experience. As soon as you enter, the receptionist is extremely pleasant with a warm greeting. The dentist is exceptionally patient, she talks you through and educate on each step. She takes her time, she’s not in a rush, she listened to and addressed my concerns. Her movements were smooth and not sudden so I wasn’t surprised. I heaven has a dentist office, I hopefully the dentist is as awesome as her.

By far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I’m tramatized after getting my tooth pulled. I don’t know if the anesthesia dosage wasn’t high enough but think twice if your going here not to mention the nasty attitude of the Receptionist. She’s very disrespectful and does not deserve to work there. The Dr knows and does nothing about here too. I won’t be returning

Amazing dental office. Dr. Franklin and the entire staff is AMAZING! They pay attention to details, provides an extraordinary customer experience and painless. They have healing hands, but most importantly they use the latest and greatest dental technology and is innovative when it comes to dentistry. They provide a high level of professionalism with a touch of white glove service. You will leave there with more confidence and a Happy and Beautiful smile. I love smiling and showing my teeth. I called once and made an appointment for an extraction. We set the appointment for 4/26/2017...When I got the extraction, Dr. Franklin was very friendly. She numbed my gums so the extraction was completely painless. I enjoyed my experience. ⚠️Update: I had an appointment scheduled for today (8/1/2018) at 10am. I get there only to find out that they didn't open until 11am. How does that happen?

I don’t know what bad experience some of y’all had but Dr. Franklin and her staff was wonderful! I went in for a teeth whitening and She throughly explained to me everything that was going to take place. She made me feel welcomed. Her assistant did an amazing job too as well by constantly checking in on me, asking me my comfort level, and more. I highly recommend them. Found them on my own through google.
