Happy Feeding OT

I can not accurately describe how much Kristin helped my family - or my sanity. Both my children had lip/tongue ties, disordered suck, and TMJ. I wish I'd known her when I was going through it the first time with my son, but thank the heavens that I had her when my daughter was a newborn. My baby was losing weight, not able to nurse effectively or take a bottle, and had significant food sensitivities and reflux. No one seemed able to help me and I was incredibly stressed and at an absolute loss. Kristin has had such a profound effect on my family. Kristin began providing feeding therapy for my son when he was 7 years old, after several years of our pediatrician saying he would simply grow out of being a picky eater. He had a lot of anxiety around meal times due to sensory sensitivities, and had an extremely limited diet as a result. After just a few sessions with Kristin where she was able to gain his trust, we began seeing significant improvement. Kristin is such an incredible Therapist who changes and enriches the lives of her clients and their parents. My son started seeing her from 2-4 months of age due to torticolis and lip/tongue ties. She was incredibly helpful in giving my son the tools he needed to be able to function but was helpful to mommy as well struggling with her first baby. I would highly recommend going to Kristin for all of your child’s needs.

As I'm writing this review I'm rocking my 5 month old son. I'm BFing him to bed with no pain - due to the help of Kristin and many other things but Kristin being a HUGE factor. My son had a posterior and lip tie and we didn't get it revised until 2 months of age. My lactation consultant found it and we wanted to do body work first before the procedure. We didn't see Kristin until 4 days before the procedure. The first thing she said when she meet my son was, I wish I saw you guys sooner. As I had the exact same wish because she really brought so much good energy in our house and gave me hope. I really didn't know if I was going to be able to breastfeed with no pain, but she helped guide me and my son. I was SO in the thick of it and wasn't enjoying breastfeeding as it was SO painful. Kri

Our baby couldn't drink from a bottle or cup or take solids, which was really stressing this mama out with him transitioning to daycare at 8 months. After only a few months Kristin has completely turned that around! She is knowledgeable and my baby loves her. I called literally everyone in the area trying to get seen and no one was able to take an infant, but Kristin was able to see him so fast. I can truly say because of her I am now able to enjoy this phase of his life more.
