Wonderful in every way! Dr. Brown was so kind, truly interested, and clearly knowledgeable. She communicated everything so well and even made sure I felt comfortable asking any additional questions. Marissa at the front desk was so welcoming, professional, and fun! The waiting and exam areas were clean and comforting. All added up to a great experience! Highly recommend!

A really great experience at the hearing center, the audiology assessment was much more thorough than my experience at a previous audiologist some years prior. The staff is very professional on intake, and everything was clearly explained, submitting forms was flawless and with no hiccups. Dr. Brown was a delightful person to interact with, highly professional as she asked questions that I heretofore had not considered regarding hearing loss. I never felt rushed and she went out of her way to ask if I had any concerns or questions. A great experience and I walked out the same day with hearing aids that are already making a difference. A great practice, and I look forward to having happier ears.

After moving back to Arizona, I knew I would re-establish my care here. I have complicated issues related to my hearing loss and Dr Brown was very knowledgeable about them. We waited nearly six weeks to get my 13 year old in, but after reading their reviews and talking to the nice woman who set our appointment, I decided it was worth the wait to go someplace that seemed like others had appreciated. I am glad we waited. The doctor was so kind and patient with my son. At 13, he was embarrassed to be there, and she did so good interacting with him. We just started our journey at Happy Ears Gilbert, but I am glad this is where we started.

Great experience. Dr. Brown was skilled and helpful. This was my first hearing test so I was a little nervous about the process. But the entire office was welcoming and made me feel right at home. Highly recommend this great doctor and her team.
