Hanson Family Dental

Was a great office. Dr Aubert retired and thats it. 3 dentists. All ridiculous. They upsell you. They push for treatments you dont need. They xray you every cleaning or whenever you walk in the door so insurance wont cover it. DON'T waste your time here. Im off to find a new dentist. But theyre all alike. Crap.

I’ve seen the past doctor for years and he was very efficient but thorough but when the new doctor came in it was different. I am known to have cavities in the past so I was expecting to have maybe 1 but as she was looking in my mouth and listing of number to the hygienist I knew something was up. 12 she said I had 12 cavities. With no explanation she left, I was shocked the hygienist tried to show me the xray to she was she was seeing and even the hygienist was hesitant to find the cavities. The appointment for the filling were 6+ months out but I knew I had to get a second opinion, they told me I had 3 they were willing to fill. They said that she probably saw the little starts of cavities but those usually will fill with more accurate brushing and flossing. I sense got those three cavit

Newly opened dentist office is great! The staff are friendly and welcoming, the dentists incredibly thorough, took the time to answer my questions, and make me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new caring and skilled dentist. Me and my family will all be coming here!

I went in for a cleaning and check-up for the first time and was so grateful for their kindness and skill. They never rushed me and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. My only concern is that I need some, almost urgent, follow up dental work and they can't see me for six months until February, 2025. This review is for the hygienist Christine who was wonderful. I only spoke with the dentist for a few minutes so can’t speak to their abilities. Given the 6+ month wait time to get any serious dental work done I doubt I will ever see the dentist but will definitely go back for a cleaning with Christine. *Update* I had to find another dentist to do the work I needed done. I couldn’t wait the 6 months to see the dentist here.

My first visit to Hanson Family Dental was excellent. The Doctor who I saw was very nice and helpful. I received excellent advice and I will continue to use this particular Dentist going forward. This is the second part of my experience with Hanson Family Dental and I really have to say that the people who work here are absolutely accommodating people. The 2 Doctors are outstanding and know what they are talking about and make you feel comfortable. The receptionist is very pleasant and helpful. I have found my Dentist going forward for any and all work that I need to have done.
