Hannaford Pharmacy

Having one of the worst days of my life, just a heartbreaking day. Nicole at the pharmacy went above and beyond to show compassion and kindness. I have much appreciation for the service and decency she showed. I know filling a prescription is not an instant process as there is a lot that goes on behind the scenes. From insurances, prior approvals, red tape and also quality control in accurate fills - she worked hard and efficiently to allow such a minimal wait time. Not only is she compassionate but she is also very efficient allowing just a very brief wait time. Thank you!!

My daughter went to the emergency room and was treated, for a breathing difficulty. She was to follow-up with our preferred pharmacy, Hannaford, to pick up a prescription that she needed. The Doctor in the emergency room advised her prescription would be ready at Hannaford when she arrived so no further thought process was put into going to an after hours pharmacy. My daughter drove directly to Hannaford and arrived in front of the customer service personnel 7 minutes before closing. An employee at the front of the pharmacy told her that they were closing soon and couldn't fill her prescription. Trash pharmacy they do not try to work with you to fill prescriptions even if it’s one you need that day tell you they can’t look at your medication list over the phone awful service! Rite aid in Raymond across the street tho very timely always willing to help and make it easier and they do what they can as fast as they can!

The pharmacy is a joke. 3 hours for a ear drop medication for my son.

I left walgreens and rite aid pharmacys and deal only with Hannaford. Old school professional service , something I didn't get with the others.
