Friendly and Knowledgeable staff. Always willing to assist when there is an issue with the prescription. Best pharmacy I have been with for my family.

Have had multiple issues. They have sent me texts to say a prescription is ready. I go to pick it up and they have a question about the prescription. Never called myself or doctor to get the question answered before texting to say the med is ready. Have gotten a text a couple times to say a med is ready. I go to pick up and get told the med isn't ready or they don't have the prescription from the doctor. Finally, I have called before to ask if a med is ready person on the phone said yes. Weng to pick it up and they claimed they didn't have the order from the doctor. Overall just poor and frustrating customer service.

I am so thankful for the pharmacy team at Hannaford. Everyone is super friendly, scripts ready on time, any prior authorizations are dealt with quickly to get me my medication. My providers even appreciate how nice the team is when they have to call for medications.

The pharmacists, specifically at the location I go to for all my prescriptions in Gardiner NY, are always extremely kind. They go above and beyond to make sure the needs of their customers are met. My only issue is that only one register is open. This clearly effects the pharmacist employees. I'm not sure if this is something that the pharmacy does specifically, or if it is because they need more employees to work, but I do know they definitely need another register open. This will definitely help regulate/benefit their working hours/capabilities, but also help out customers to make them more happy with their conveniency. I'm not a customer who will cause a scene nor grow to become impatient, yet I have seen others become arrogant and condescending to the cashiers. I hope this becomes re

Hannafords in gardnier is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with . I had to cancel 2 flights because they didn't have my meds ready when they said they would. Furthermore they never call if there's a problem with a script. They expect you to follow up with Dr's when there's a problem . Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with . CVS IS DEFFINATLY GOING TO GET OUR BUISNESS NOW !!! GOOD RIDDANCE HANNAHFORDS.
