Hannaford Pharmacy

I have heard stories of the poor customer service at this pharmacy, but always went to their defense. Today I got to witness it first hand. As someone who has been in customer service my whole life I was shocked by the unprofessional operations. I got passed off between employees 4 times with no explanation as to why. When I presented a good Rx coupon I was pushed aside once again. They even turned the lights off and went to lunch. I will give a shout out to the young man who works in the pharmacy and helped me apply the coupon and cash out. But everyone else in that department dropped the ball. Real bummer…

I went there to pick up my prescription. At first, they were incredibly rude, especially a guy named Adam. He couldn't find my prescription initially, and after 30 minutes of searching, he found it but informed me they didn't have it and to come back tomorrow.When I sent my husband, they lost one prescription, only providing two. Despite attempting to call them around 100 times, they didn't answer my calls.Coming here is literally a waste of both time and money.

This pharmacy has very unprofessional and rude employees working for them. One of them walked away from a customer that was at her counter, shut the lights off and said it's her lunch break. I would typically give the benefit of doubt that maybe the employee was just having a bad day, but this a recurring theme from what I've seen the last few times I've been there. They are also very unhelpful with using the GoodRX coupons and will always try and charge you the maximum amount. I am switching stores and I will gladly drive to a pharmacy that is further away to not have to deal with the terrible customer service.

I’ve lived in a lot of places, about 17 States to be exact. Always need a pharmacy. Some are good and some are bad and some Stellar! This one is Stellar. The manager, Monique is constantly working on making waiting times as short as possible. Her staff is friendly and easy to deal with, even when they are slammed. The customer service is great and I’m glad they are my local pharmacy!

The pharmacy techs here are so incredibly rude. The pharmacist works hard, but her team is curt- unprofessional and lacks empathy. I waited over 1.5 hours after they couldn’t find my prescription for them to find one but not the other… only to “find” it 30 minutes later. Turns out they didn’t refill the fax paper.
