Hannaford Pharmacy

This review is based on the past year, where I had to switch to Buxton due to a move. I will say Buxton pharmacy is by far the best hannaford pharmacies in a 20 mile radius. As I have used many and I will use the closest one that I’m near at the time of prescription. But the Buxton pharmacy is 6 minutes from my home and is also on my way home from work. They ALWAYS try their best to accommodate where as others make you wait forever with little to no care about you. Everytime I call to make sure my prescription is called in, most pharmacies would tell you it MIGHT be ready in hours at the soonest. When I call Buxton they usually tell me they prioritize it when I say I’m going to be in the area but I don’t even have to ask and it’s usually a half hour, to an hour tops . By far the nicest sta

Updated review - The pharmacy has earned my change from 1 star to 5 stars. I have had very unpleasant experiences previously with different members of the staff; however the staff have completely turn their service around. I deleted the old review because I do not believe it actually depicts the service & experience I now have. I greatly appreciate the care & customer service I have received within the last year with all of the staff at the pharmacy.

This is the best pharmacy because of their staff! I have felt this every time I have dealt with them over the past years. Autumn handled my prescriptions today and went out of her way to help me. I changed my prescription insurance this past year because my prior insurance company no longer listed Hannaford as a preferred pharmacy. Since I’ve moved this past year also, I still continue to drive further to this Hann pharmacy than one closer to me because of their staff. Hope you all stay safe and thank you again for all you do.

If I could give more stars I would. The people at this pharmacy are honestly amazing and I'm so grateful to them for their consistent kindness and professionalism. They are good at what they do, but they are also just really good people who have always gone the extra mile to help. Thank you so much.
