Hands With Care Occupational and Physical Therapy

Cliff is Julie's husband running the books and scheduling. Brandon was my therapist and he needs 10000 stars bc he's amazing. That said I have strange insurance but Cliff couldn't get them to pay. I went to another dr driving 30 mins each way just so I could get this office a special form to make collection easier. I spent HOURS on calls to my insurance company fighting to get them their money. My plan is such that no matter what, the facility can't bill me. Yet I still fought to get them their $3000. How did they repay me? Twice canceling my appt when I arrive. First time I let it slide bc mistakes are made (although was later told by other patients it's commonplace). Since told it happens often, I told Cliff I accept the mistake but won't tolerate being pushed to the side repeatedly. Fr

If you've ever read a negative review about this facility don't believe it, the facility is warm and inviting. Every therapist is exceptionally educated and educational, highly skilled and go immensely beyond expectations. They don't take shortcuts or waste valuable time. I've watched them work with many clients and they love, respect, and absolutely do their very professional best to get you better. I shouldn't use names but it's my own personal and experienced opinion. I've been to Cleveland clinic, Memorial health and others to treat my spinal cord injury and this place is the only place I've been and see noticeable improvement. Hands with Care is wonderful and deserves a 10 star rating. The entire staff is welcoming and professional and knows what they are doing. By the end of my therapy I felt that they were my friends and were doing everything they could to help me through PT and recovery. Hands with Care is "hands down" :) a great choice and wonderful people.

I can’t speak highly enough about the superb quality of service at Hands With Care in Boca Raton! I had the unfortunate experience of being involved in a very terrible automobile accident last year and suffered several serious injuries. I was referred to Hands With Care after having a full arm/hand cast removed and being treated for several hand and wrist fractures. Everyone on their staff, from the office manager Cliff, to the facility director, Juliette, to their lead occupational therapist, Monica, and the rest of their support staff, are a class act! They have all been so welcoming, comforting and have provided a level of service that truly deserves 5 stars across the board! They worked with me weekly for two months, regaining the strength, agility and mobility I had lost in both

I got an impression that this place was made for the self - perfomance of it's owner (Julia). During theraphy sessions you will learn everything about her education, solid background, family situation, complaints but your own health needs. Most likely you will be provided with the homework so you can heal yourself at home. Construction codes of an office are in violation - mold and dust everywhere, the office is under construction. Bathroom is not working. Would not recommend this place. If you want to truly recover and work on your progress and not just talk and observe a personal drama of an owner I advise to find another place.
