Hands on Therapy

I have struggled with shoulder and collarbone pain for years and it is slowly getting worse. I have been to many chiropractors and many massage therapists. I've went through physical therapy. I usually wait until it's so bad that I can't take it anymore. I don't keep up with the exercises Im given and I know that's why things are getting worse. I need to strengthen my shoulders. Anyways, I feel like I need to paint you this picture first. The week before I saw Sarah the pain was the worst it's ever been, and began traveling into my arm wrist and hand. One 2 hour session with Sarah was exactly what I needed. I don't know how she did it, but she worked wonders! Im telling you, nothing has worked as quickly to relieve my pain as her healing hands. She is an artist! Thank you Sarah!

There are 2 therapists working there, I've only had massages by Sarah. I like light to firm pressure, and she did great finding my trouble spots. You will melt into the table, and it sucks having to leave after the massage. They have cute homemade things to purchase, too.

She worked through all the knots with precision and care, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and completely relaxed. Sarah - Provides excellent therapeutic massage. Listens to what my needs are and targets in those areas. I am currently using her more as a therapeutic massage and healing, then I am relaxation. She understands how the nerves and muscles work together and just as a talent to find the truly Sore areas that need extra attention. Highly recommended

Great location, very quiet and relaxing. Sarah has a gift for making her clients feel relaxed, comfortable, and peaceful. She’s extremely passionate about her work and it shows. She has a soft but firm approach that is so effective at getting the muscles to relax and find relief. I’d recommend her to anyone! Will definitely be coming back.
