I started my massages unable to moved my left arm from pain however after seen Freeland that change completely I went from having scale 10 in pain and at this time pain level when down to two. The massage have help me so much after years of stress and no taking care of myself I can said now that getting massages has helped me to relax those muscles and my nerve system. He is amazing at what he does I recommended him 100%

I had a 2 hour massage with freeland which was fantastic. He is VERY thorough and spent a lot of time using techniques I hadn’t previously experienced—with my back feeling much better today! He also utilized breathing techniques throughout the massage to enable better muscle relaxation! 5/5 stars!

I’d just had surgery a few days before my visit and my back was killing me from being bed-ridden for 4 days. I found Hands On Health online. They were able to get me in right away and were able to accommodate treating me in a chair. The clinician listen and was very capable of manipulating my muscles to create release. I will go back to them.

I thought when walking in I would never be able to move my neck again, and after 4 or 5 visits they had me back on track and helped me with home stretching. They were accommodating to my schedule and very kind and the work they did on me felt amazing. They came highly recommended from a friend who used them years ago and I also have recommended them to a few people now also. I will use them again

So far I have had a great experience with this facility and massage therapist. Definitely seeing improvements in my functionality & reduction in pain with whiplash injury sustained in a vehicle collision. Grateful for the care & expertise!
