Hands-On-Care

I’ve been coming to hands-on for about two months now I’m doing OT for my shoulder and I have made some progress which I am very happy. Everyone’s great here but my therapist that I see now her name is Kathy and I give her 100% props to what she does not everybody can do OT she’s great if you want anybody that you need or they’re all really good but Kathy is the person I’ve been working with and she is great.

I received a whispering call threatening me with a cancelation fee. I have not even been to my appointment yet. Already confirmed my appointment as well. When I call to see why I have a cancelation fee. I get laughed at by the unprofessional lady who answers the phone with an excuse that "this is how we do business." I ask her why are you laughing? She the situation is funny. I canceled my appointment and will be letting kaiser know what kind of company they are referring people too.

They will lie to you and overcharge. I went to Hands on Care once. When calling to schedule the appointment, I asked what I would be responsible paying for. I was told by Yasmine that the payment would be $0. When I arrived for the appointment, I again asked what the payment would be and was again told $0 by Yasmine. I waited for a long time to see the physical therapist. She did an exam, massage of the affected finger, and fitted me for oval finger splints, saying they are $20 each. I then ended up having to pay over $200 for the splints as they were each over $20 each. You can purchase them online for less than $1 each. I did not go back as I did not find the information or therapy helpful. I was later billed $784 for the one visit on top of the over $200 I already paid them. I spoke wit

I had a very good experience. (It was a couple years ago, but I was not writing any reviews back then). Saba and her staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. At the end of the therapy course I gifted them a small plant as a thank you, which rarely if ever happens. I hope the plant survived.
