Hands for Health relieves my pain and keeps me active. As a fitness instructor, I demand a lot of my body, and that has at times left me sore and unbalanced. Ginny at Hands for Health is wonderful about assessing my body's needs and finding and improving my overall alignment and relieving muscle tightness.
