Wow what a great spot! I was a little nervous bc I hadn’t gotten a massage in YEARS and wasn’t sure what to expect. Lameka was so welcoming and friendly, she does amazing work! Absolutely will be back!

I found Lameka through Google, and it turned out to be a great discovery. Scheduling through the website was easy, and she confirmed quickly. The location isn't fancy but has all the important things: heated massage bed, places to put your clothes and jewelry/miscellaneous, and mood-setting sound and lighting. Her pressure was a nice blend of soothing and firm enough to get the knots out.

I had heard about Lameka’s magic hands from friends so I decided to take my tense self to see what these hands could do! Hands Body Soul is situated a couple blocks from Old Town inside a charming salon. Lameka took the time to ask about what I was looking for in a massage and any problem areas I had before we started. I added on aromatherapy to enhance the relaxing vibes already present in the room. My massage was everything I needed it to be with relief to my neck, shoulders and hips. Lameka also offered tips for stretches to help me with my hips since I sit at a desk for work. Highly recommend a massage with Lameka to add to your self-care routine. Can’t wait for my next one!

Lameka gave me the BEST deep tissue I’ve ever had. Her hands were magic on a nasty knot I had in my shoulders. I’m so happy and grateful she was available for an appointment same day! Can’t wait to go back, if I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. 10/10

Massage Therapy, thy name is Lameka! Just finished a 60-minute Hot Stone treatment, and as always, I am feeling rejuvenated. I highly recommend this experience, for all that are in need of relaxation.
