Hand Therapy & Ergonomics

I started seeing Dina for post-surgery hand therapy and I am so glad I found her! She is extremely knowledgable in her field, and has a positive "can-do" attitude about healing. Her advice for homework is practical. She is warm and personable, which is pretty important when you sit across a small table from someone for 45 minutes while they manipulate your hand and fingers! I worked with Dina after I broke my wrist this summer. (I was post-cast, not post-surgery) I can't say enough about how wonderful she was. She created an exceptional program for me and she was so nice and caring, I always wanted to do a good job with my exercises to please her. Dare I say, we actually had fun! I'm almost back to normal and I know that a lot of that is due to her specialized technique. Highly recommended.
