Kristal is an AMAZING massage therapist! I recommend her time and time again and will continue to book with her monthly. Her massages are effective and relaxing. She is so sweet and caring. I look forward to seeing Kristal monthly, it’s honestly the best hour and a half of my month.

I had an amazing experience with Savannah! She was so gentle the entire time and really knew what she was doing. She explained everything as she went, which made me feel comfortable and confident in her care. My skin looked and felt incredible afterward, and I left feeling completely relaxed. You can tell she’s knowledgeable and passionate about what she does — I’ll definitely be coming back!

I wished I knew the name of the girl that waited on me. It's not on the receipt. She was not friendly and I felt that I didn't deserve a facial at my age 71. I look like I'm in my 50☺️. I asked about the 79.00 PK but she said it was only for members. I used to be. I still have some cards with money left over from previous visits. I retired and life threw a curve ball. My Mom was in the hospital for 23 days and my husband has had some surgeries one was heart. I bought my niece a 100.00 gift card in September from the store in Tempe Terrace. This girl was friendly and I liked her. When I told my niece about the lady in CW she went to Essential and got me a massage and facial for Christmas 🎄. She said it's the best place. I plan to use up my cards at S.Temple Terrace

He touched himself while massaging me. In shock I froze I got up after the incident told him i didnt feel well please get me some water. I was getting myself and things together when he then walked back in on me. I said Im getting dressed please!!!. I Came out and immediately told the front desk and I went back in the office and spoke with Dania. She listened kindly. But I guess there is nothing she could immediately do. Im so upset right now Im shaking. Dania told me of a button that I was not aware of whatsoever. Please call me as soon as possible about this. I feel like I should call the police
