Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Today I had my first massage with Hand and Stone spa. Let me tell you guys, last week I went to a place in Silver spring with a different company. I had a horrible experience with that other company. I found Hand and Stone through a ad on fb, I said let me check this place out. From the moment that I spoke with their representative who was very helpful answering any and all of my questions and concerns, I felt at ease that this place was nothing like the last company I went with. Hand and Spa was very helpful with booking my appointment easily, and very, very welcoming when I arrived through the door. The communication is the best communication I have ever seen a company have. They send you text messages and emails for your reminder of your upcoming appointments. I was booked with Brittany

I just got home from receiving the most wonderful massage by Brittany. She's so nice and personable! I can't wait for my next massage with her in a few weeks to get the knots worked out of my back. I highly recommend Brittany for anyone that wants a relaxing massage 💆‍♀️ 😌

Jia is a gem. She has intuitive and healing hands. She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what she does and it shows through her work. I’ve received spa services at other high end retailers such as the four seasons, salamander, wood house and unwind; her capability far exceeded the services I’ve received at these places. I don’t have to instruct her to the areas of my body that need attention or dictate to her the specific amount of pressure application that I desire; she knows exactly what I need and I always leave feeling completely relieved of my ailments both physically and energetically. She's the best.

Seraphine is truly exceptional! She is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and takes her time to understand exactly what your skin needs. Since seeing her, my face has improved so much, brighter, clearer, and healthier than ever. Every appointment feels personalized and I always leave feeling confident and well cared for. I called and made this appointment and this new location was able to accommodate me and my friend. The experience was amazing. Jia has magic hands. I have had an extremely challenging year. This was so relaxing. I will definitely come back to this location again.
