Amanda L has been my esthetician for the past year, and my skin has never looked better! I absolutely love coming to this location — I’m always greeted warmly by the front desk staff, and the owner, Melissa (simply the best), always takes the time to say hello as well. The atmosphere and overall vibe of the spa are so relaxing, but Amanda is truly the standout. Her services are consistently exceptional, with amazing attention to what my skin needs each season. And that facial massage? Absolutely incredible. I look forward to my appointment every month!

She is extremely knowledgeable and always makes sure to go the extra mile to make my sessions personalized to me no matter the season she will always leave you with skin that glows. Cancelling my membership after just over a year. I don’t know if the problem is with the app or what, but out of the 14 months of this membership, 5 appointments have been cancelled/rescheduled by Hand and Stone because of last minute adjustments needed since they scheduled me with someone that wasn’t qualified to provide the scheduled service. Or the last minute, driving in to the appointment call cancellation because the provider isn’t coming in. What is happening?! There was even an acknowledgement from the receptionist the last time identifying that they have done this multiple times and they need to fix the process. I am currently at the Commerce location and it happened here too! This has been scheduled for over a month. No sense in having a membership for lack luster service.

I recently had a massage (Megan) and facial (Amanda). WOW! My experience was fantastic! The professionalism was spot on. Very nice staff, very welcoming. 5 out of 5!! Big shout out to Megan and Amanda! Thank you!!
