I had a great experience with Amanda! She was very professional, made me feel comfortable, and really focused on the areas where I had the most tension. What I appreciated most was that she also shared helpful tips and outside knowledge to help me take better care of my muscles between appointments. I left feeling so much better. Nicole is exceptionally nice, professional and has excellent technique. I asked for a deep tissue massage, which not every massage therapist is good at. She hit just the right spots and the amount of pressure I could tolerate. Was quiet, which helped me to relax and enjoy my massage. I will be going back to her in few weeks. Very excited.

My husband booked me a facial, hand massage, and foot massage for my birthday, and I have been looking forward to this for a week. Note, I am 20 weeks pregnant and have desperately needed some pampering. When we booked the appointment (I even booked my husband one at the same time cause I was so excited), they never asked if I was pregnant, and since it wasn’t a prenatal massage, I didn’t think anything of it. We planned my whole birthday around it (it’s the actual day of the facial, today). We get there and begin check in, and they ask me if I’m pregnant, which I said I was, and they asked me if I was high risk. I said yes, because of my age, but not because of a medical concern. They then tell me, at the time of the appointment, that they need a doctors note to treat me and cannot see me

I want to share my experience for anyone with chronic health conditions or autoimmune diseases. I have previously received facials here without any issues, and my provider was aware of my sensitive skin and health history. After restarting my membership, I completed the intake forms again. When I arrived for my scheduled facial, I was informed that I now needed medical clearance from my rheumatologist — a requirement that was not communicated to me beforehand. Since I traveled 40 minutes for this appointment, this was disappointing and could have been avoided with clearer written communication prior to confirming appointments.
