Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I have scheduled twice and have been cancelled an hour before my appt. both times. Don’t make an appt and move your entire day around to go because they can and will just cancel your appt. Their policy is to charge you $50 if you cancel your appt less than 24 hrs before your appt, but will cancel yours and offer nothing but for you to reschedule.

My mom, sisters, and I had a girls’ day here, and it was our first time getting a massage. The experience was amazing — very calm, relaxing, and exactly what we needed! The atmosphere and vibe were peaceful, and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. We all left feeling refreshed and happy. I would definitely recommend Hand & Stone to anyone looking for a relaxing, stress-free day!

My husband bought a gift card for my birthday and I FINALLY got a massage Friday. Kirby was very friendly, knowledgeable, and he has a strong but gentle strength in his hands. I would definitely recommend him. I gave 4 stars only because I think the prices are a little high but he was really really nice.

I came here once to get a facial and went today to get a massage. Both times that I’ve left, I always wonder why I don’t go more often! Everybody is super nice, the atmosphere is very relaxing, and the person doing my massage, Josh, was so lovely! He checked in every now and then on whether or not the pressure was good, if I was doing alright, and helped guide me on how to relax. I still have no idea if I relaxed my muscles correctly, but he didn’t make me feel bad about it either way 😂 Josh certainly has magic hands, and the hour definitely went by way too fast.

I had a hot stone massage with Jamie. The massage was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t believe how relaxed my shoulders and back felt. I will definitely come back here for a massage and request Jamie.
