Hancock Pharmacy VII

I do not recommend transferring your prescriptions to this pharmacy given their bad customer service. I initially tried transferring my prescriptions using their online form. It gave me an error twice so I decided to call. The first time I called it was apparently too late in the day to check my insurance. I called back a couple days later earlier in the day and they took my insurance information, prescription information, and then said they would contact my previous pharmacy (a CVS) to transfer the prescriptions. I called back the next day to see whether they’d been successful and they told me they’d called twice been unable to reach the pharmacy. They told me they would try again but it would be easier if my doctor just sent them the prescription. I had my doctor send it to them directl

I been with Hancock. About 16 years and they are wonderful and they have great service with everything you need for your self or ur family's they have picked up and delivered service to which that is wonderful to. Thank you. Hancock pharmacy

I can say, the level of over the phone customer service was good. Very informative about the type of medication they can provide and deliver, unfortunately I can't give them a 5⭐️ reason being they are not federally licensed to full fill name brand drugs generic only. Which can be a problem for some,the pharmacy gives themselves number one thru seven as if they're affiliated however they are not, they are individually privately owned which was disappointing considering that they do deliver which is a huge convenience just not name brands of serious particular medication some folks may need. Each location also picked up when calling,very professional and informative for those who accept generic brands.

The delivery drivers are the best I don't have any issue with them and the pharmacy is really good one
