Hancock Pharmacy at Long Wharf

Becuz not open weekends and also close too early at 4pm. I am not happy about that. So I had to transfer another pharmacy which is open late.

The only pharmacy my family and I trust! Hancock's goes above and beyond for their patients. You can't get this type of care at chain pharmacies! Highly recommend Hancock's for all of your medical and surgical supplies too!

Excellent customer service and care. Tom and Brian and the rest of the staff make you feel like your more than just a customer.. they make you feel like family. This pharmacy is miles ahead of its competitors in that they always are willing to educate and enlighten the customer. I won't go anywhere else

My family has been going to this pharmacy for years. Since new management has taken over they have been extremely difficult to work with. Every week there are new rules that make it extremely difficult for my mother to receive her medication on time. They act friendly in person, however over the phone they are very disrespectful to my mother. We will be taking our business elsewhere. We miss Jackie so much. This new guy is absolutely terrible.

They have enough on their plates and don't need to deal with a Big Box Pharmacy that is incapable of personal relationship. Jacqueline and Hancock get their information and call their physicians and delivers their prescriptions usually within hours. This allows our Client to focus on their primary purpose to stay Clean & Sober, and hopefully put broken people and broken families
