I had an awful experience with Hanah about a year ago but recently Hanah came under new leadership. Grant, the new CMO reached out to me to apologize for my previous difficulties. He made good on what the past owners condoned and as a result I am now back as a loyal customer. Grant heard my concerns and I absolutely appreciate his willingness to listen and make right a bad situation. Thank you!
