Wow... im speechless by how horrible their customer service was here. I visted here on Thursday afternoon in Jan 2024. The front desk guy w/ glasses showed me such a bad and arrogant attitude and manner. He didn't even greet me w/ stoic face and without mentioning thank you throughout the transaction. Such an entitlement in his attitude... Walking out I'm having a bad taste in my mouth. If the owner sees this, please train him about customer service. A.I service could be much better than him. I will never go back to this pharmacy.

Same bad experience with the young store guy who was very rude. Additional comments: I purchased OTC medicine without prescription on around 3:30 PM Feb 1, 2024. No reason to yell. CCTV could be checked that time. Take a mountain of salt when you read one of recent 5 star reviews.

Male pharmacist is very knowledgeable. Insurance policies can always be confusing, and he's very thorough in explaining how things are billed.
