Kate at Hampton Physical Therapy has been wonderful to work with. She helped me significantly improve my nerve pain and tingling and taught me practical strategies to manage it on my own. I was also experiencing knee pain and was worried about getting back to the activities I love - skiing, hiking, keeping up my grandsons- and I genuinely feel stronger and more capable with every visit. It has made such a difference. I am so grateful for this team and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, compassionate physical therapy.

Hampton Physical Therapy really helped me when I was physically not doing well. They immediately got me in for an appointment, gave me hope, and gave me the tools to physically overcome my diagnosis of CRPS. Both Dr. Dylan Chisholm and Jackie Zizza are AMAZING physical therapists! I cannot say enough about how excellent their care, compassion, and professionalism helped me in the process of healing. Today I graduate from their program and I know that they have given me their best care, motivation, and exercises to one day, very soon, return to hiking and outdoor activities.
