My elderly dog gets a monthly Librela shot for arthritis and his nails trimmed. The folks here are incredible. They are so kind, helpful and compassionate! My dog is thriving in his golden years, and I credit that fully to the care he gets here, most especially from Ashley. She's the elder dog whisperer, and my dog totally loves her! She is gentle and patient and obviously cares deeply for all her patients and their people. I can't speak highly enough about her! Thank you, Ashley, for helping my dog and me to have so much time to enjoy each other in good health and spirits!

I cannot thank this facility enough for their care and diligence in working to schedule an urgent visit to obtain insulin for Callie, my 10-year-old poodle mix. My husband and I are retired and currently traveling around the country visiting national parks, monuments, and landmarks honoring Native American culture. A couple hours after leaving our hotel near Mesa Verde National Park in CO, I realized we had left her insulin in the hotel mini fridge on our way to Wind Cave National Park in SD and began frantically calling vet offices and hospitals all along our route to obtain a new bottle. We had a great experience with Gina and Hannah at Hampden Family Pet Hospital. The front receptionists are always so friendly to both our big pups. Since moving to the area, we have had positive experiences getting our new puppy socialized here and up to date on care, as well as informed routine vet appointments for our adult dog to keep her healthy. The knowledge staff & providers make this a great local vet for our 2 pyrenees!

I started seeing Dr. Spadaro in 2024 when she ended up helping diagnose cancer in one of my dogs. Ever since she has been my go-to vet (although all of the vets I’ve seen at this practice are great). She is such a kind and pleasant person to be around, she takes great care of my animals, and is always trying to figure out the most affordable way for me to get all of my dog’s follow-up and routine testing done. It was an unfortunate reason I ended up seeing her, but I’m glad I did because we love her now!
