We need more stars ⭐️ to these two best doctors in the south. They went above and beyond to help my son after his injury. Truly cares about the patients and their families. Appreciate the service and care by them so much. Did I mention this was after hours and on a weekend! You are dealing with the best! 💜

I had to go back twice because my prescription was wrong. I wear bifocals and the doctor just guessed on my readers. He said he guessed on my age and he guessed wrong. I asked him to please change it back and he told me to try to get used to them so I had eye strain for months, and sometimes use my old pair of glasses. The readers on my new glasses make me dizzy and my prescription has changed so the old glasses give me headaches. That was $500 from my insurance company for glasses I cannot wear. I cannot recommend these people to anyone. The lady at the front desk could care less about any issue you're having

the dr’s are very nice and work with you but the older lady at the front desk is another story she is very rude! i would definitely ask to talk to someone else if you see her

The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was my first appointment here and I saw Dr Fowler. He didn't rush through the appointment, took time to answer all my questions and explained everything to me very well. I will definitely be using Hamilton Vision from now on for my eye care.

I had a friend call about rescheduling her appointment and was told because she rescheduled too much that she had to tell way in advance because the dr was so busy and they couldn't put her on the schedule anymore. For one they didn't even take into consideration why she had to reschedule and the front desk workers (who she spoke with) talked to her like a dog. I'm sorry but he wouldn't be a busy dr without his patients. So maybe treat them with a little compassion and respect. Because he lost a few patients over that so now he won't be as busy.
