If you have medicaid DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! ESP if you need a RCT or crown. They are double charging pts on medicaid. I have my daughters treatment plan provided by Hallmark dental went across the street to MID Florida endo and had the same rct done with no charge (hallmark quoted my 15yr old over $400 on medicaid out of pocket) When insurance pays $800 for the service!

I came here for a crown and for some reason they gave me a whole treatment plan. I did not ask for that. I came here for a crown and now this is my dentist home? ??? I told them I only came here my dentist does not do dentist. I never asked them to change my dentist. I can’t afford anything here even if it was my dentist home. I have to pay for everything. Everything is over 100 dollars. These people do not care about your dental health. They just want your money.

I truly want to love this office, and we have had positive experiences in the past. However, our most recent check-up and cleaning were extremely disappointing. The dental assistant was noticeably rude and condescending, and she spoke negatively about me under the assumption that I do not understand Spanish. In addition to the disrespectful behavior, she did not wash her hands before touching the tools that were to be used in my son’s mouth. When I addressed the cleanliness issue, she made additional derogatory comments in Spanish under her breath. My son ultimately received a substandard cleaning from the dentist herself rather than from a dental hygienist, and the quality of care was far below what we have previously experienced.

Amazing service, quick and efficient! The doctor was gentle and polite but also got the job done very well! I highly recommend this place!

Caterine Cruz did my deep cleaning today and it was wonderful . Gave me all the information I needed , was very sweet and gentle with my teeth!! 10/10 would come back!
