Hall Pediatrics

the staff are very nice, but you wait for HOURS to get seen for less then five minutes. my daughter is 15 months old and has yet to actually see doctor Hall.

I have been to a few other pediatricians in Hinesville and had issues with all of them. I called for an appointment 2 days ago. Today I arrived to a full waiting room. We were seen within 5 minutes of completing our paperwork. We were asked question nobody else has asked in my child 3 years and we’re listened to in all of our concerns. I appreciate how fast we were able to make an appointment and be seen.

This doctor is garbage, since everything rises and falls on leadership, the entire office is now part of that garbage. One BIG dumpster fire of garbage! It is completely unethical to charge an office visit to sign a school medication form. Also tried to tell us we had to come in every month to get refills for Vyvanse. Nurse said this was a new regulation set by the FDA, then I was told by the office manager (Yakita Brinson) it was the DEA. I called both the FDA and the DEA, they have NOT set any such regulations. I have left several messages for Dr. Hall but was informed by his office manager (Yakita Brinson) that Dr. Hall did not have the "means" to return my call. Not really sure why the bad reviews.. I am so happy with Dr. Hall and Dr India im not sure if they seen another doctor here but if so they all been amazing, im so grateful for them! The only thing that sux sometimes is the wait time, but this is Georgia....so you gotta wait everywhere u go, you go anywhere and you know nothing is on time, matter fact this office is one of the fastest wait times in this state I been through. I trust these 2 Drs for my babies and thats whats important at the end of the day worth waiting to me<3 They are kind and genuine and truly seem to care about my babies!

Today I received a call that my 3 month old baby had a bb or foreign object in his head. The referred me to a surgeon. I went to the hospital where the X-ray was taken and the test showed nothing was in his head . I went to the doctors office to see if I could talk to the doctor about this big mind-blowing situation and they told me I needed to schedule an appointment. I guess our children are just a number to them. If you have peachcare for kids I DO NOT recommend you go to them .
