I hate going to the eye Dr because I have absolutely horrible vision and getting worse it seems. I moved to Madison and desperately needed contacts. Dr. Arnold and the staff were amazing. They handled my 3 small children with patience while getting my prescription. Dr. Arnold did not rush me and listened to my concerns and history. It was a great experience. Thank you!

Dr. Hill has been my optometrist for 15 years, and I would never go anywhere else. I live out of state right now, and I schedule my yearly exams when I'm visiting Jackson. After last month's visit, I left town before my contacts arrived at his office. No problem. The staff mailed them to me at no extra cost. If you're looking for a new optometrist, go to Dr. Hill. You won't regret it.

I am a regular patient of Dr. Hal and I am pretty happy with him. The three stars are for the staffs lol. Everyone but the doctors call you love, or sweety after every single sentence. Calling someone your age or even older sweety or love is proven to be a common personality trait to show someone that you are superior in some ways. And all the staffs, even new one overdo it at this location. It's both hilarious and annoying.

Dr. Hill has been my eye doc for 12 years and is a great doctor as well as an outstanding guy. He is always willing to bend over backwards to help with whatever needs arise. Thanks Doc
