Back when they had their building located across from Sheetz they made off handed comments to me and made me feel bad about myself. Years later after they relocated I took my daughter there. Her first ever dentist appointment went well. When I noticed a cavity I took her in and they found other issues. I took their recommendations and once I questioned their pricing I was treated differently. I searched for other semi-close dentists and everywhere I called was not accepting new patients or booked out. I reluctantly took her back because I had no other option. The next visit went okay and the one assistant was very nice, but the dentist made me feel unwelcome. I have had nothing but amazing experiences at Hairston Family Dentistry. I have always struggled with going to the dentist and finding someone who I feel comfortable with. I came in with a history of dental work that has met its limit on time and needed replaced + needed some additional work, and within a week I was seen and had a solid treatment plan. We began immediately and I am seen every few weeks continuing my treatment now. Dr. Leah is so kind, gentle, and friendly, I only wish I had known about their practice sooner! The office staff has been so kind to me and is so knowledgeable with my insurance and letting me know what to expect. This place is amazing with children, I have never seen someone in the medical field be so kind to a child it was a calm appointment for my 3 year old who usually can’t handle doctors. She had a blast getting her teeth cleaned. I highly recommend this place for children.

Love the staff so friendly and family Oriented. Leah is amazing. I have had a crown then needed fixed she worked with me with the crown. Had some pain immediately got in for appointment. Highly recommend

Came in as a new patient with a broken tooth. The dentist did not ever come to meet me or talk to me at all. I was in the chair for about 5 minutes and the dentist had her assistant refer me to a surgeon. Turns out I had an exposed nerve that I tried to tell them was causing me agonizing pain that was affecting my job and they dismissed my pain and concerns about the worrying amount of Tylenol I was having to take to continue my life as normally as possible. I will not go back. They didn’t care about me or my situation at all.
