Haida Nursing and Rehabilitation

Everyone seemed very kind and attentive to my father. He asked for some 7-up or Ginger Ale, a staff member got one for him. That saved me from going to the store for some. I visited with him last Saturday and a couple of staff members were talking and listening to him. Thank you for being so kind.

This place is horrible!! They are supposed to be a place that takes care of people with compassion and care but the administration is full of a bunch of stuck up snobby people with no compassion and they treat people with disrespect and rudeness instead of empathy and care!! It’s pretty bad when I went to an activity as a mom of a volunteer and all I heard from the families were horrific stories about how the staff especially the administrators are horrible and rude! My daughter is autistic but high functioning and she wanted to volunteer because she wanted someplace to give her love and compassion and gifts to. The residents and their families absolutely adore my daughter and are very kind to her and love seeing her in the home. However due to the way the staff has treated her my daughter

My mom has been well taken care of during her stay. The staff is friendly and kind and they always take time to answer our questions and are patient with us. I appreciate all they are doing for my mom.

The way they treated my disabled and autistic daughter who poured her heart and soul into volunteering and did anything she could to help the staff and residents waa horrible i would not let this facility take care of anyone or anything i love. The administration is horrible and rude and have no compassion. How can you possibly be a place that is supposed to be taking care of people but treat people like crap especially people who are giving you their time for free and would do literally anything and everything to help someone but you treat them like crap and scream at them and make them feel unwelcome

first, I would say, I know everybody has their own judgment and have the right for free speech, but this facility goes above and beyond expectation for their residents. people complain about staff members being rude towards other staff members in volunteers. I know that don’t make a great work environment, but they need to remember that the residence come first, and that’s the priority of the facility. A lot of the staff there worked their butt off to try to make that a good place for people‘s family members to live and the visitors that come in don’t always see the behind the scenes so that’s why I wouldn’t take too much consideration a lot of reviews you readI. would recommend this facility to anyone The staff is friendly, and the facility is clean The residents in this facility are
