Haggen Pharmacy

I am extremely disappointed with the repeated carelessness and inconsistency at this pharmacy. My parents are elderly and depend on their monthly medications, which I have set on auto-refill. Despite this, issues occur almost every month: refills are not processed on time, notifications are not sent, and each staff member provides different and conflicting information. This has been happening for several months. I regularly hear completely different statements such as, “Wait 15 minutes,” “It’s not ready,” or “It will be ready in a couple of days,” yet what actually happens is always different from what they say. I just went there to pick up a pair of reading glasses. Didn't go in the pharmacy but the store is very clean and very nice remind me of Fred Meyers in Puyallup

I have always had a good experience when picking up a refill or a new prescription., however there is one situation that is really annoying and that is when I receive a phone call advising me to come in and pick up a refill. Yesterday, I got a phone call to pick up a refill so, since I had other prescriptions to pickup I went in and out of three prescriptions I was able to pick up two and was told the third would be ready tomorrow (today) morning. Today, like always I got a phone call from Haggen's that the prescription was ready so on my way home from another errand I stopped by only to be told the prescription had just arrived and wouldn't be ready until the afternoon as the staff had to sort through the prescriptions. My question is WHY DOES THIS CONTINUE TO HAPPEN? Lesson learned I am

This pharmacy is very professional and awesome to deal with. I highly recommend them.

They will lie to you and tell you a special medicine will be delivered, however it never actually comes in. Hagen is with holding my child’s vital medication so they can get the $400 co pay from the insurance. They have had this prescription for 3 weeks, ordered it from the regional distribution center, told us it would be here today, and magically it’s not here. We wasted almost a month waiting for this pharmacy. They never told us there is a chance the distribution center won’t send it. We will be reaching out to everyone we can to share this information. You cannot with hold medication because you want money. They don’t care about you, they care about your insurances money.
