Request for Leadership Review: Security Behavior at ER Entrance On September 29, 2025, at approximately 07:00 hours, I arrived at the Emergency Department entrance of Riverview Medical Center and was confronted by a security officer whose demeanor was notably dismissive, hostile, and unhelpful. Rather than providing clear guidance or facilitating entry, the officer’s conduct engendered unnecessary confusion and conveyed an attitude that was belittling and unprofessional at a moment requiring courtesy and clarity. Such an encounter is incongruous with the standards of professionalism, safety, and patient-centered care that should define the institution’s primary point of contact. This is a beautiful theater. It's very open and spacious, with bathrooms and a bar on each floor. It has a wheelchair ramp outside - but no automatic doors, which made it a little difficult for my friend to maneuver her walker. I was there for the Air Supply concert. My seat was in center row C of the front balcony. This was a great seat with plenty of leg room, and a full view of the stage. The seats were wider and much more comfortable compared to a standard Broadway theater. I will definitely be back!

If you want to go through trouble and have horrible service, this the place to go. My experience was terrible… I was visiting my grandmother. Mind you she in her 70’s and they stuck the needle in her arm 8 times without permission. The doctors didn’t know that there talking about.. there unexperienced doctors. They treated there patients like trash… and my grandmother was having a heart attack and they didn’t do anything to help her. I help this place gets shut down. Save your money and energy.

It is an excellent hospital, very good service and the staff is very friendly.

If I could put a zero star I would this hospital does not deserve one star, we went here to see niece the lady at the visiting table saying oh we have to wait she didn't give us a time at all and then she was asking all the security guard for questions and I'm like for what, we come back to the hospital the security saying visiting hours is over The lady at the first dest to check in I felt like I was being racially profiled because the guy in front of me earlier she let him go up with no issue but with us its a problem Didn't see my niece, worst experience Do not recommend hospital to go to I'll be talking to a lawyer about this
