I was seen by Michelle Van Lommel who didn’t listen to my concerns about the issue I was there for. I told Michelle what I had done at home to alleviate the issue and what brought me to the facility. She spoke to me like a child and completely downplayed my concerns. She did not even provide me a full exam related to my issue and brushed me off from the beginning. I asked for help with a medical intervention and was brushed off by Michelle. My pain level was so uncomfortable which prompted me to the ER, or else I would have tried to manage this problem at home (which I attempted multiple OTC remedies at home). Place is an ABSOLUTE scam.. I had a stomach issue and they did an X-ray and a EKG on me? Really? Checking my heart? Nothing came of it of course and the emergency doctor gave me no advice upon discharge or even a referral! Only to find out I was charged almost 5 G's for a complete waste of time, 1200 which I'm responsible for now for absolutely nothing.. DONT GO HERE! SCAM of an emergency room or whatever the hell it is..

Dr. Robert Frankle tried to send me home to die on October 4, 2025. I was actively having a heart attack in front of him. He dismissed my symptoms and told me I was having muscular pain and I should go home. He stated that my EKG was good (which it was) and my blood work was good, which could not be further from the truth. My blood work was abnormal across the board! I told him I did not believe it was muscular and he sighed, got annoyed and said, well I guess I can call the hospital to see if they have a bed for you. He was so rude. I forced him to call me an ambulance and have me transferred. Once transferred to the hospital and they saw the blood work, I was immediately told I was having a heart attack, whisked to the Card. I don’t get why people post reviews complaining about the cost or billing. People… this is a satellite EMERGENCY ROOM. They literally have signs informing you this. Anyway I went there, got taken care of fast and prompt. Everyone was nice, they were extremely thorough since it was serious condition , and yeah the visit was expensive because it’s an emergency room, luckily my insurance covers it. Gotta be knowledgeable on your benefits. These places aren’t for basic things, it’s emergency medicine for serious issues.

Don't go here. I waited over an hour, saw people come and go after getting there later. They couldn't even estimate a time. Worst experience ever. You'll grow old waiting. Just go to an actual hospital ER.
