Dr Ku runs the best dental office in the metroplex! My family has been with him for decades and couldn’t imagine going to any other place. The entire staff are pros!

This last visit was for my 6 month semi annual teeth cleaning and exam,. The office staff texts me polite reminders and all of them create a welcoming environment. Dr. Ku is always very personable & professional, he explains everything carefully so I have a clear understanding of any work that might need to be done. I’m very comfortable with Dr. Ku his staff and and I recommend him to everyone

Dr Ku is conservative on his dental practices and I trust him to not advise me to do any procedures that aren’t necessary. He also has wonderful bedside manner

My father has visited this practice a few times, but his most recent experience with Dr. Ku was deeply disappointing. Dr. Ku was extremely rude and condescending throughout the appointment. For instance, while my father was seated in the chair, Dr. Ku forcefully pushed his chin upward while working in his mouth, which made my father feel very uncomfortable and upset. What was even more concerning was Dr. Ku’s overall demeanor—not just toward my father, but also toward his staff. I witnessed him make a degrading comment to a front desk associate that implied she was uneducated and incapable of doing her job. This behavior was unprofessional, belittling, and incredibly inappropriate, regardless of who the comment was directed at. Please be cautious when considering this practice, especiall

I had not been to the dentist in far too long and had a great deal of anxiety going into my appointment. However, I was met by the friendliest team from the front desk, to the dental hygienist (Julie), to Dr. Ku himself. Everyone was patient and compassionate. Julie walked me through every step that she was taking and made sure I felt comfortable and confident in the process. I highly recommend them for your dental hygiene needs!
