Dr Bumgardener is great. Always is. The tech who did my son and I’s exams was outgoing and fun. The woman helping me pick out glasses was not very helpful, slightly rude and seemed annoyed that I did not like the frames SHE chose for me. At one point she even asked, “Do you have somewhere else in mind to buy your glasses since you don’t seem to like the ones I’m showing you? Your prescription is yours. You can get glasses anywhere.” I felt rushed and embarrassed and for the second time while being a patient here, bought a pair of glasses that I will probably never wear. I have to have glasses. Matter of fact, tri-focals this time. I am a single parent with little money to spend on myself and was trying to see what my options were for progressive lenses vs regular lenses. Each time I asked

Have been going there for several years, just had my recent appt on March 6 th, 2026. The customer is excellent, eye glasses are always perfect, go out of their way to provide the best in your eye care. Dr. Bumbgardner Is My Eye Doctor !

My first time seeing Dr. Bumgardner., from the beginning to get started, the lady working, asked me to fill out paperwork. Then, after I was taken into the room to do the eye assessments, I was taken to another room where I would visit with the doctor and he relayed the results of the eye exams. He was very good at explaining the entire prognosis. I understood, had a couple of questions which the doctor answered and once again, he asked, do you have any further questions, at that we departed. I recommend this doctor and his staff to anyone that is interested and needs to have a good eye specialist. I am satisfied with the results. God Bless.

This was my first visit there and everyone the all of the employees, the ladies at the desk, the people in the back and Dr. Bumgardner absolutely wonderful people. They are very caring, understanding and helpful. I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody

Dr. Bumgardner, his wife and his team are amazing! They’ve taken great care of me for years and recently started seeing my daughter as well. Always kind, thorough, and professional. Highly recommend!
