Absolutely horrendous experience. They filled the wrong level of my prescription. Their screen was out on the drive-thru so I didn't look at the prescription. That part is my fault. It was in a bag. They filled it for me forever. I didn't assume they did something wrong. I've gotten home with it. I opened the bag. It's wrong and all they can say is oh sorry. What a horrible horrible way to handle customer service. This is pathetic

Genesis the Pharmacist filled one of my prescriptions on short notice no questions asked. I was prepared to pick up the following day and she offered to fill right away. This kind of customer service makes my day.

I am not sure why this pharmacy has gotten bad reviews. I have never had any problems with them. They always send me a text when my prescriptions are filled and call. I have also had the pharmacist call me when my doctor sent a prescription I am allergic to.

This was my go to pharmacy for a while, until recently. I had a prescription I needed to fill that was close to having the refills be expired, I requested the refill, but realized I would not be back from out of town in time to pick it up before they restocked it. I called the pharmacy and they agreed to hold it for a couple of additional days. It was understood that I would be picking it up on a certain day. On that day I arrived at the pharmacy at 4 o'clock and they said that it was already restocked that morning and the head pharmacist said that there was nothing they could do. They never said that I needed to be there by a certain time before it would be restocked, I was under the impression I had until the end of the day to pick it up, because why wouldn't I if they never said otherwi

We had HEB pharmacy send us the erroneous dosage!! When I went to administer this medication, I noted that the label stated to administer 1mL IM. Per order it is to administer 100mg IM. When I went to draw it the medication bottle concentration was 200mg/ml. Had I givent he 1 mL that was written on the label, patient would have received 200mg, which is double the dose. I attempted to contact this pharmacy directly, but the call was ended by the pharmacy. Decided to nf corporate and then later on follow up with pharmacist in this location regarding the error in their part. She had a horrible and condescending attitude. Her demeanor lacked compassion, empathy, or basic care for their mistake. I'd strongly encourage for pharmacist to have a less arrogant behaviour towards its customers. My at
