H-E-B Pharmacy

I only went in for a vaccination but the experience I personally received was excellent! Staff was very friendly and instructed me exactly what I needed to do before I was taken into the room to receive my shot. I did inform Derek of a previous reaction I had with a different vaccine and he took my concerns seriously. He had excellent bedside manner and we had a lovely conversation to help pass the time and see if I had the same reaction with this vaccine. Thankfully there was no reaction and I was soon on my way back into the rest of the store. I can't thank Derek enough for his wonderful care and positive attitude!

I told I could pick my prescription up on Saturday went in. It wasn’t ready. They only had partial so she didn’t give me the partial. I said I’ll wait for the whole thing. She said it’ll be ready on Monday so come on Monday. I called in the morning and said you’re supposed to be getting a shipment in for this medication and I was told to call so you know I’ll be getting it today. so I called later in the day and put the prescription number to check the status and they said it was working on being filled so I went in at almost 3 o’clock. The girl at the counter same one said that it’s it’s still only partial. Let me check with the pharmacist so she went back to the pharmacist came back and said well we don’t have it as well. Do you know when you get it? God hold on and she went back and ask

My son’s meds are usually filled on time. However, he has one that is hard to get cause of a shortage on it. Unfortunately the automated system does not let you know it’s out of stock, which I suggested to the girl talking today asking why then don’t do it. Then there was a rude pharmacist shaking his head when I was asking why and looked my directly in the eye as he did it. Mansfield store always goes out of their way to confirm they have it and fill It that day. I will be transferring all his medication to Mansfield and drive the extra 10 miles. Do better, Waxahachie. Your employees are perfectly fine being rude to their customers.

They closed a few minutes early tonight and an employee let a Security guard bark at me as if I had done something wrong. All I did was show up 5 minutes before the posted close time to buy marshmallows for my kids' hot chocolate. Didn't expect HEB to close early, the employee to be dismissive and to be talked down to by a security guard.

I called the HEB Pharmacy to check if a vaccination was covered by insurance. They took the time to verify the information and I really appreciated that level of service. Their immunization clinic was clean, organized, and as painless as possible (physically and mentally). The entire pharmacy was fully staffed and running smoothly. I'll continue to come back for immunizations and prescriptions.
