I love the staff, they make you the priority. I can’t praise them enough for all their efforts going above and beyond. If there was ever a course on pharmacy etiquette and professionalism HEB pharmacy should teach it!!!!!! I am moving soon and where I am going sadly they won’t have one. Our family has been using the Creekside HEB Pharmacy for over 4 years now with routine monthly refills and have had nothing but good experiences. Even when we show up with little notice on a new Rx, they’ve been kind enough to fill while we shop. Processing pickups is quick too.

I have had great experiences with this pharmacy since it opened! I am a regular customer, between my boys and my self, we are there monthly! Everyone has always been extremely helpful, even when it was my Dr office who messed up. I have moved to a new area and still drive out of my way to this specific pharmacy! Everyone recognizes me and is always friendly! Customer for life!!

This HEB Pharmacy is the worst of the WORST. They tell you your insurance does not cover a medicine when in fact it does. If you want to get a vaccine, they will make you wait more than 1 hour while they are looking busy and getting pleasure from making people miserable. HEB is a good store, but they should be ashamed of this pharmacy.

Teresa is a Godsend. Had it not been for her I would have left a poor review and rather pay out of pocket at another pharmacy(due to my insurance, I have to get it filled at an HEB). She worked non stop over weeks to get my issued fixed, when most would've said oh well. She deserves recognition and that other be trained like her💕
