I love this HEB! The pharmacist is very professional and always gives good quality service. As a new mom I ask a ton of questions about medication for my daughter and I really appreciate him answering my questions patiently and not rushing me. I feel the pharmacist goes above and beyond to provide quality customer service!

Got there on Saturday at 5:59pm they close at 6:00pm. I said I was there to pick one medicine. The lady said they were closed yet she was still waiting on one customer. I expressed the need for my medication but they refused to serve me. From a customer standpoint I understand they want to close up but the time they took to tell me to sleep in and come the following day they could I have picked up my medicine. So the pharmacy is generally good probably a 4star rating but to refuse service when your still open is not good when in the medical field.

This is my favorite HEB. When i need to pick up my medication for myself or family, the techs and Pharmacist are always respectful, courteous, and have gone the extra mile for me when i left my insurance card. The Pharmacist is very knowledgeable about the medication and what to lookout for. I wish more place put people before profit. Thank you
